This program provides a grant of up to $20,000 to support first-time homebuyers with moderate-income to build a new, modestly designed, and priced home on one of five serviced lots available for purchase from the City of Fredericton.
The goal of the First Time Homebuyers Program is to facilitate economic development opportunities with respect to affordable home ownership through the federal Housing Accelerator Funding received by the City of Fredericton.
