On July 7th,2022, the Fredericton Police Drugs and Organized Crime Unit executed two CDSA warrants with the assistance of Street Crime, Patrols and Forensics Units. As a result of the investigation, a 41 year old male, Dylan Taylor, was charged with the following:
- Section 5(2) CDSA Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Fentanyl (Sch. I)
- Section 5(2) CDSA Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Buprenorphine (Sch. I)
- Section 5(2) CDSA Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Cocaine (Sch. I)
- Section 5(2) CDSA Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: hydromorphone (Sch. I)
- Section 145(5) CC Fail to Comply with Release Order
- Section 355(b)(i) CC Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime under $5000
Dylan Taylor appeared in court on July 8th, 2022, and was subsequently remanded in custody. Dylan Taylor next court date is July 14th, 2022.
