Warrants result in drug seizures and arrest

On July 7th,2022, the Fredericton Police Drugs and Organized Crime Unit executed two CDSA warrants with the assistance of Street Crime, Patrols and Forensics Units. As a result of the investigation, a 41 year old male, Dylan Taylor, was charged with the following:

  1. Section 5(2) CDSA Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Fentanyl (Sch. I)
  2. Section 5(2) CDSA Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Buprenorphine (Sch. I)
  3. Section 5(2) CDSA Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Cocaine (Sch. I)
  4. Section 5(2) CDSA Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: hydromorphone (Sch. I)
  5. Section 145(5) CC Fail to Comply with Release Order
  6. Section 355(b)(i) CC Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime under $5000

Dylan Taylor appeared in court on July 8th, 2022, and was subsequently remanded in custody. Dylan Taylor next court date is July 14th, 2022.
